Due to the nature of our beauty and personal care products, returns are only accepted on unused, unopened items.

Once a return is approved, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

We will replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost.
❌ Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
